Vague feedback over text and email is the single biggest source of remakes. Snap + markup forces the reviewer to point at the exact issue, from the exact angle, with the exact reason attached — so you fix what's actually wrong the first time, not the third.

Doctors can download the files you choose — print, try in, then approve.
Per file, you decide whether the reviewer can download. For routine cases you keep everything locked to the viewer; for try-ins you let them grab the STL, print it chairside, try it in the patient, and come back a week later with a real-world verdict. Longer link expiry options (up to 90 days) cover the round-trip.
Approval requires a signature — saved on the case forever.
When the doctor approves, they sign on a canvas with their name and practice. The signature lives on the case page indefinitely and ships back with the approval email. If a remake claim ever comes up, you have a dated, signed sign-off to point at. Their info auto-fills next time.
A snapshot of the design rides with every email.
Right before the share goes out we capture a preview of the 3D scene — that image is embedded in the doctor's notification, in the approval / rejection email back to you, and saved on the case page. No more 'which case was that?' across forty inbox threads.
